Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 1 to 3 days. Please allow couriers up to 48 hours to update their pages. This way it accurately reflects your order status.

Custom, Duties, Taxes and More

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). YouΒ mustΒ pay sales taxes on your order. We list a 6% sales tax.

Damages, Missing Orders, Returns and Exchanges

If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, always contact Berry In Autumn Giftshop first. We do our very best and in good faith will issue a refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for reference purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

We only accept refund, exchange or replacement requests in writing. Photos and/or video of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage via email. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and are your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them. If not received in a timely manner, within 14 days, we cannot proceed and your request will be closed out.

Digital Products and Downloads are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. You may not reproduce, or copy to distribute our digital products unless we provide explicit instructions on approved ways you may demonstrate them.

Good Faith Cooperation

Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to provide any necessary items within the necessary timeframe.
